Michael Skeggs
Michael Skeggs has a strong commerce and finance background and provides both business development functions and administrative functions to the business. Michael holds a Master of Business and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and is a Former Board Member of the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce.
Michael has strong ties to the Central Otago region, and has been developing several businesses in Queenstown for the last twelve years.
Paul Fallon
Paul Fallon has a Quantity Surveying background and over 15 years’ experience in the building and interiors sector within the Southern Lakes district. Paul has been involved in a number of commercial and residential projects during this time and is proficient in his own right at delivering our services onsite. Paul has overall responsibility for quoting, managing our contractors onsite and for the quality control within the trades we operate. Paul was project manager for the interior fit out of the postmasters precinct in Arrowtown built by Cook Brothers Construction and the POP 5 building in central Queenstown built by Naylor Love Construction. Paul is an experienced painter, plasterer and fixer with a sound knowledge of all processes from start to finish within these trades.
